Youth Group – PGL Weekend Away
A weekend away at PGL Osmington Bay for local 11-14 Year old’s living with a hearing loss. 6th March 2026 – 8th March 2026.
We will be departing from Elmfield School for Deaf Children on Friday 6th March 2026 at 2:00pm.
We will be returning to Elmfield School on Sunday 8th March 2026 at 3:00pm.
There’s going to plenty of activities like zip wires, survival skills, giant swing, problem solving and plenty more….
IMPORTANT NOTICE – This event is strictly for local people aged 11 – 14 years living with a hearing loss!
Booking Information
You will need to provide the following information to book a young person on this event:
· First name and last name of the young person attending (if the young person is in education, this must be as it appears on their school or college register)
· The date of birth of the young person attending
· The full postcode of the child/young person attending
Please note: you can only book one ticket at a time. If you want to book two young people on this event, you will need to book one ticket for each young person.
FOR ALL EVENTS
It is essential that all of our events and activities are enjoyable, welcoming and inclusive to all and we rely on all of our families who attend to ensure this is the case. For all our family events parents will be expected to be responsible for their children at all times to ensure we have a respectful, safe and inclusive environment. If there are any concerns or anyone does not feel this is the case please approach either staff or trustees who will always be available at all events.
FOR NEW FAMILIES
If it is your first time attending an event or you don’t know anyone else attending, please let the organisers know and they will link you with another parent as part of our buddy system.
