2026 Halloween Party and AGM
Halloween Party and AGM
Join us for a spooky morning of Halloween fun at The Family Centre (Deaf Children) AGM and Halloween Party!
Annual General Meeting: We’re pleased to invite our members, deaf children and their families to our Annual General Meeting and Family Fun Morning!
The Halloween party will start at 10:00am. Children and adults are more than welcome to come dressed up in their favourite Halloween costumes.
We’ll be joined by Scales and Tails, who will be bringing along some of their spooky animals for everyone to meet and get up close with. Expect snakes, spiders and plenty more creepy creatures!
At 11:00am, we’ll hold our AGM for anyone who would like to join us. While the AGM is taking place, the Halloween fun will continue in the main hall, with time to meet the animals as well enjoy some Halloween crafts and games to keep everyone entertained.
There’ll also be plenty of refreshments throughout the morning, including tea and coffee, spooky cupcakes, snacks and other nibbles.

It is essential that all of our events and activities are enjoyable, welcoming and inclusive to all and we rely on all of our families who attend to ensure this is the case. For all our family events parents will be expected to be responsible for their children at all times to ensure we have a respectful, safe and inclusive environment. If there are any concerns or anyone does not feel this is the case please approach either staff or trustees who will always be available at all events.
FOR NEW FAMILIES
If it is your first time attending an event or you don’t know anyone else attending, please let the organisers know and they will link you with another parent as part of our buddy system.
