DESCRIPTION:Lifeskills aims to show young people that they should be taking personal responsibility for their own safety. They will learn how to assess risk and cope with difficult situations by taking part in realistic\, interactive activities. \nFCDC trained staff will take small group of young people around the realistic “village” to experience a number of difficult or dangerous situations. They must work together to decide how to overcome each problem and have the opportunity to learn from their mistakes in a safe environment. \nLifeskills’ realistic scenarios provide a unique and interesting environment in which to discuss relevant safety issues and share each other’s experiences. \n*Please note this activity is for children Years 5 and 6
