FCDC Christmas Party 2019 – December Coffee Morning

December 14 @ 10:00 am - 1:00 pm

£3

On Saturday 14th December 2019 we are holding our annual Christmas Party from 10am until 1pm at Elmfield School

Come and join us for some festive fun throughout the morning!

There will be lots going on, with festive games, music and food. We also will have a raffle with some lovely prizes and some games to play win our prize teddy or a jar of sweeties, so don’t forget to bring your pennies!

Our choir will be with us to sing and sign some Carols – for everyone to join in with! Followed by a donation presentation from a family and we would love some children to come along and help us receive this. And it would be great if lots of children and their mums and dads could go home having learnt to sign at least one Christmas carol!

We have party games to play, festive food, music and a Christmas Quiz for everyone and if everyone is very good we have Father Christmas visiting towards the end of the morning to help give out presents and prizes!

For the grown-ups we are planning a Christmas Ornament Exchange (a variation on the White Elephant Game – please bring along a decoration if you would like to take part!).  Of course, no Christmas party is complete without a Christmas jumper so please wear your favourite -or a Christmas hat- and we’ll have some festive fun. We’ll have lots of party food but please feel free to bring any lunch to enjoy together.

Children £3 payable on the door or online.

FOR ALL EVENTS

It is essential that all of our events and activities are enjoyable, welcoming and inclusive to all and we rely on all of our families who attend to ensure this is the case. For all our family events parents will be expected to be responsible for their children at all times to ensure we have a respectful, safe and inclusive environment. If there are any concerns or anyone does not feel this is the case please approach either staff or trustees who will always be available at all events.

FOR NEW FAMILIES

If it is your first time attending an event or you don’t know anyone else attending, please let the organisers know and they will link you with another parent as part of our buddy system.

FOR STAFF

If you are available to work at an event, please email Emma at emma@fcdc.org.uk, stating the event you are interested in.
